Pricing

At I-Serve, we believe in fair and transparent pricing that benefits both service providers and customers.

  • Service Fee: I-Serve charges a 15% service fee on every completed booking.

  • Earnings for Service Providers: Service providers receive 85% of the total payment for the service they complete.

  • Upfront Payments: To ensure secure and seamless transactions, customers are required to pay upfront via card before the service begins.

  • No Hidden Fees: There are no additional costs for service providers beyond the standard 15% service fee.

 

Refund​​

​At I-Serve, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and secure experience for our customers and service providers. Our policy is designed to be fair and transparent:

 Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds are only applicable in cases where:

  •  A service provider fails to show up for a confirmed booking.

  •  The service provider does not complete the service as agreed.

  •  The service was canceled by I-Serve due to unforeseen circumstances.

 

Refund Process:

  •  Customers must request a refund within 24 hours of the service issue.

  •  Refund requests can be submitted through support@iserveservices.com along with details of the issue.

  •  Approved refunds will be processed within 3-7 business days, depending on the payment provider.

 

Non-Refundable Cases:

  •  If a service has been fully completed and meets agreed-upon expectations.

  •  If the customer fails to be present for the scheduled service without canceling in advance.

  •  If the service provider was willing to complete the service, but the customer changed their mind after arrival.

  • We encourage open communication between customers and service providers to resolve minor concerns before requesting a refund.​​​

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to provide a flexible yet fair cancellation policy for both customers and service providers.

 

 Customer Cancellations:

  •  Customers can cancel their booking at least 2 hours before the scheduled service time for a full refund.

  •  Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the service may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  •  Customers must cancel through the I-Serve app or by contacting support@iserveservices.com.

 

 Service Provider Cancellations:

  •  Service providers must notify I-Serve immediately if they are unable to complete a booking.

  •  Frequent last-minute cancellations by service providers may result in account suspension.

 

No-Show Policy:

  •  If a customer fails to be present for the booking without canceling, the service fee is non-refundable.

  •  If a service provider fails to show up, the customer is entitled to a full refund or a replacement provider.

  • Our goal is to ensure fair treatment for all users while maintaining a reliable service platform.
